The Kern County Rose Society, Inc meets at 7 PM on the second Monday of each month except July and August at: The Cavalry Bible Church at 48 Manor Street, Bakersfield Directions. Board Meeting at 6 PM on the third Thursday of each month except July, August and December at Hall’s Letter Shop, 5200 Rosedale Hwy.
